We are seeking a Senior Service Coordinator, to lead a dedicated team comprising Service Coordinators, Support Workers, and a Rostering Officer. Your role will be to guide and support this team to deliver high-quality, person-centered services to individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the delivery of supports and services.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, participants, and staff.
- Help NDIS participants achieve their goals and lead meaningful, fulfilling lives.
