All of our team choose to live and work in the Midwest region. That makes us truly local – just like you!
Our wonderful Support Workers are the heart and soul of our organisation. They come from many different backgrounds and have many different skills and abilities. We carefully partner you with Support Workers of your choice, who have similar interests and the right expertise to help you achieve your goals.
Our Support Workers embrace a person-centred approach and value each person they support for the individual they are. Together they will help you develop your daily living skills and get involved in the community in a way that is meaningful and enjoyable for you.
