Our wonderful Support Workers are the heart and soul of our organisation. They come from many different backgrounds and have many different skills and abilities. We carefully partner you with Support Workers of your choice, who have similar interests and the right expertise to help you achieve your goals.
Our Support Workers embrace a person-centred approach and value each person they support for the individual they are. Together they will help you develop your daily living skills and get involved in the community in a way that is meaningful and enjoyable for you.
Alison Adam is our CEO. Alison leads our organisation, making sure we work to achieve our goals and our mission, fulfill our strategic direction, and make a positive contribution in our community.
Julie Boys is our Finance Manager. Julie plans and manages our financial and accounting activities.
Raiza Macharia is our Positive Behaviour Support Coordinator. Raiza manages complex service delivery and develops support plans and therapeutic programs for customers.
Irene Muthui, Sari Gregson and Jean-Paul McGrath are our Disability Support Coordinators. They plan and coordinate individualised support and resources for our customers so that they may live a lifestyle of choice and opportunity.
Ann Kariuki is our NDIS Support Coordinator. Ann can assist customers to navigate the NDIS system and connect and engage with services and supports of their choice.
Mirika Hall, Karan Moxham and Stevie Johns are our Rostering Officers. They prepare rosters for all of our support workers, tailored to our customers’ needs.
Renae Zimmermann is our Customer Services Coordinator. Renae oversees therapeutic supports units, coordinates administrative functions, manages community housing, and coordinates our external communications.
Jo Moreschi is our Administration Officer. Jo is our Director of First Impressions, the first point of contact for our customers. Jo undertakes office administration and ensures customers are directed to the right person.
