All of our team choose to live and work in the Midwest region. That makes us truly local – just like you!

Our wonderful Support Workers are the heart and soul of our organisation.  They come from many different backgrounds and have many different skills and abilities.  We carefully partner you with Support Workers of your choice, who have similar interests and the right expertise to help you achieve your goals.

Our Support Workers embrace a person-centred approach and value each person they support for the individual they are. Together they will help you develop your daily living skills and get involved in the community in a way that is meaningful and enjoyable for you.

administrative team

Alison Adam is our CEO. Alison leads our organisation, ensuring we achieve our goals and mission, deliver on our strategic direction, and make a positive contribution to our community.

Conor Hocking is our Senior Service Coordinator and leads a diverse team of Service Coordinators and Support Workers. Connor oversees the provision of quality, person-centred supports and services.

Sari Gregson and Joanna Bennett are our Service Coordinators. They are the connectors between our customers and support workers, planning and coordinating individualised supports and resources so customers can live a lifestyle of choice and opportunity.

Jo Luxton is our Program and Camps Coordinator. Jo develops and implements programs that provide people with disability meaningful opportunities to build independence and access the community. Jo also oversees our social enterprise – Jack’s Shed.

Luke Chantler is our Business Operation Support Lead. Luke keeps things on track across the organisation, supporting day-to-day operations and assisting the team deliver great outcomes for our community.

Jo Moreschi is our Service Administrator. Jo is our administrator extraordinaire who keeps the admin side of things ticking along, supporting the day-to-day functions of the organisation.

Kelly Pearn is our Administration Officer. Kelly is our Director of First Impressions and the first point of contact for our customers. Kelly undertakes office administration and ensures customers are directed to the right person.
