Join us for a fun and supportive 10-week cooking program where you’ll build confidence in the kitchen while learning essential life skills to use at home when preparing your meals.

Over 10 weeks, you’ll learn to prepare a variety of simple, homemade meals in a welcoming and encouraging environment with support. Each 2.5-hour session guides you through the full cooking journey – from choosing a recipe and shopping to preparing, sharing it together, and cleaning up.

Participants will have the opportunity to connect with others, share ideas and be actively involved with the cooking process. You’ll also have input to the weekly menu, helping shape your own learning experience.

Facilitated by our very own amazing Programs and Camps Coordinator – Jo Luxton, this program offers a small group setting where you can learn new skills your own pace in a supportive and inclusive kitchen environment.
