We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Service Coordinator to lead a diverse team of Support Workers. Our team assists and supports our wonderful customers to achieve their goals as set out in their NDIS plan. As a Service Coordinator, you will ensure the provision of quality, person-centered supports and services that acknowledge a person’s strengths, values, and goals, enabling them to live a meaningful and fulfilled life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of Support Workers.
- Ensure quality, person-centered supports and services.
- Foster a culture of high standards, motivation, and enthusiasm.
