Empowering Young Minds Through Spy-Themed Social & Emotional Learning

Secret Agent Society (SAS) is a fun, evidence-based program designed for young people with disability, aged 9–14 . This 9 week program is facilitated by Jo Luxton, a qualified and passionate educator, with over 30 years’ experience creating accessible, supportive and empowering learning environments for people to thrive.  SAS is an award-winning small group program that has been transforming lives around the world for over a decade—now it’s here to help your child thrive!

Through exciting spy-themed missionsclub meetings, and home practice, the program focuses on diversifying four key life skills:

  • Emotion Recognition in themselves and others around them
  • Emotion Regulation focus on anxiety and anger
  • Problem Solving social-emotional situations
  • Social Skills for friendship, teamwork and interacting with others

Starting as SAS Cadets, young people learn through games, digital gadgets, and secret codes to:

  • Decode how they and others feel and act
  • Build their own formula for friendships
  • Cope with change
  • Solve social and emotional problems
  • Recognise and deal with bullying

With support from both facilitators and parents, cadets graduate as confident “Secret Agents” equipped with lifelong tools for emotional resilience and social success.
