Our Team

Our Staff

We have a diverse team at Midwest Community Living, a team that is driven by our mission and who are passionate about making a difference. We have a strong workforce with high staff retention, this gives the organisation and the people we support a great consistency in support. We employ people who we know can complement the support needs of specific individuals who we support – we employ with you in mind.

As well as having all the basic certificates - police clearance, working with children check, medication training and first aid, we offer our staff various other training opportunities including completing Certificates III and IV in Disability Support. A number of our staff are trained as ASDAN facilitators.

All staff members have good knowledge of the National Standards for Disability Services and are committed to working within the standards

The 2016 Quality Evaluation emphasised the quality of our staff:

“The evaluators were most impressed with the knowledge, competence and dedication of management and staff.”
